Searching for Fisher 2720

6 of our windows were flooded (about the bottom 12" of each window) and I'd like to see if they can be repaired. They are Fisher windows, aluminum double-pane, that were installed in 2001. The balance is 29" long and 9/16" square. See pictures. Do y'all have these balances? Could there be anything else wrong with them? The windows will not stay up when opened and/or they are difficult to open and close. Someone suggested lubricating them. Any help is appreciated!

Lubricating would fix your difficulty opening the window, but it wouldn't fix the windows falling down. The balances are KO'd.
S395-28 is your likely replacement. Re-measure the balance. The balance length is chosen based on the length of the metal channel by itself. "2720" is usually 28" long, not 29". We offer this balance in a "2720" option online.
