There are many Forever band lock sets and most of them are discontinued. The serial number unfortunately doesn't narrow down the list of possible options. We will need to see a photo of what you have now so that we can determine whether we have an exact match and, if we don't, what can be used to substitute it.

If we cannot see the original hardware, we will not be able to help.

Hey, hopefully I can help. Look at the 40-049 handle set to see if the dimensions we list on its store page match up to yours. Also take a look at the related video. I think this is a promising  match but it will come down to dimensions.
