Searching for Gravois window brand

Here is picture of what is on the top inside of my windows. I am not sure if the word Gravois is the brand name. I am looking for couple of balences, pivot lock shoes and tilt latshes. Please let me know if you have the product or if is will be ok to substitute with different brand that is available.

Sure, we should be able to help. Your balance looks like our Series 770 to start out with. I'm not sure about your pivot shoes or tilt latches. We will need to see pictures of each part you're looking to replace in order to identify a good match.

As for the balences. I am cleaning the one i have and will see if it works. However I definitely need the the pivot lock shoes and the tilt latches . I will include pictures of the window size and the latches and the pivot lock shoes.

Thank you! I believe you can use our 26-021 pivot bar, though I recommend removing even the broken pieces to compare the whole thing to our dimensions. For the pivot shoe, you might be able to use our 15-135. It is 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick. We also pulled up media guides that you may find helpful.

Thanks a lot for finding the pieces I need. The pivot shoe looks the same however the pivot Bar looks slightly different . I will attach a picture of one that still in good condition and let me know if you have it or if the other one You have in stock can work instead. I also need the tilt latches.

Thanks! The pivot bar looks like our 26-241. Please compare our dimensions to yours to be sure. As for the tilt latch, I believe our 26-243 and 26-244 should work as long as our dimensions match up.
