The brass grooved rollers on this window have flat spots on them so they don't roll well. I would be happy if you could locate the rollers/wheels only that I can snap into this housing. The rollers snap in and out easily and the housings look fine.
Please check to see if you have these rollers or complete housing with rollers and let me know what the price and availability are.

We don't sell a match for this roller, unfortunately. Our best suggestion would be to see if you can replace just the wheels with one of ours. You can find our selection of Sliding Window Replacement Wheels & Axles here.
