Searching for Guardian pile weather stripping

Hi,
I need to replace what I think is called the pile weather sweep/stripping on a 15 year old patio door. It runs vertically along the one side of screen door. It is brittle and starting to break off as we open and close the screen door. I?ve included a picture below. The door is 76?. On the glass of the actual glass patio door a see the word Guardian if that helps at all.

Appreciate your help identifying the replacement part I need.
