I don't believe the operator you show in your photo is still available. I have not been able to find it anywhere. That said, look at our 38-346 jalousie operator kit. This comes with various arm lengths for different windows. I can't be sure, but see if you can retro fit that to your window. It may be your best bet, though I cannot guarantee it will work.
