Need 7 pairs of spring assembly retainer clips. The plastic broke on the retaining clips. The window feel. I want to replace all retainers. Label on window is H-LC30-53x78. House built in 2002 using aluminum Kinco windows. Can take measurements if you need them.

The clip in question is known as a top sash guide. We can help you replace it, but I cannot identify what it is based on this picture. If possible, please show us one that is undamaged and we can try to find a good match. Please also give us its dimensions.
