H-LC40-44x7 Series0601 Dbl Hung PL004-DO5 or DOS need both bottom sash sockets and arm with ball for socket.Also wondering if the side tabs to hold sash on bottm sash are replaceable.Those are also defective.Thank you.

Sorry but I don't have any photos--window is 200 miles away at my step-daughters place.Could you show me pictures of what it might look like?I do have a pretty good mental picture of needed parts.Thanks.

I pulled up some of our media guides on window parts that seem to be similar to what you are describing. See if anything in the guides can lead us in the direction you want to go. What is the function of this part you need?
