Searching for Hettich 1321 cabinet hinge

Looking for a Hettich Kirchlenger cabinet hinge 1321 with numbers 521 on the bottom. See photos that I attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated. PS the cabinet is 39 years old! Hopefully they still make these.
