Hi good evening,

My patio door Legacy Handle not woking I would like to replace. Please see the pictures and let me know what I have to buy.

Main issue is Legacy handle "Offset" not locking, too loose coming out sliding door. Please suggest me can I buy parts and replace and what all parts I have to buy.

Hi, Pratap.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I recommend you take a look at our 82-087 handle set. You may also want to verify that the mortise lock is functioning properly. To do so, remove the handle set from the door and try manually 'throwing' the lock with a flathead screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, then the mortise lock also should be replaced.
