Sticker on window says Econover believe from Quebec Canada.
when we crank open several windows they fall off the hinge in photo 1 on top of the window and we have to reattach the arm to the little button it sits on.

I recommend you take a look at the 36-048 hinge set. This looks like it may be the part you need but compare the specifications with yours and see how they match up. Note, you will want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
