I need to replace a Truth 6D102 French casement operator for an old (20+ years) Weathershield window.
The present operator is bronze color with an 11 1/2 inch limit arm and nested style handle.
Do you know where I can find one?

Hey, John.
I'm afraid I couldn't cross-reference this number to anything in our database. Can you remove the operator from the window and show us some photos? We specifically need to see it unobscured in order to help.

Thank you for getting back to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a replacement for this operator. The configuration is just too different from what we can offer, unfortunately. Your best bet may be to contact the original manufacturer of the window. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
