We'll need to see the balance removed from the window to be sure as to what replacement will work best. Specifically, we will need to see photos of the end attachments on either end of the metal channel so that we can determine the series of the balance. We will also need to see the pivot shoe removed from the window as well as some detailed dimensions to determine the best replacement.
