Searching for Installation peachtree screen latch

This is the clip I need for a peachtree screen.  Also how are the broken ones removed?

Thanks for posting. See our 70-028 Peachtree Screen Latch Set. To remove your old latch, you will need to drill out the old rivet. Subsequently, you may need to drill a new hole for the new installation screw (if you need a screw, see our 33-084).
