Searching for Instructions for thermal swing windows

I'm having trouble remembering how to swing the windows in for cleaning.i have the clips in the open position but window doesn't swing in.

Hello,

Take a look at the video below that shows how to release the sash of a tilt window for removal and cleaning. If the tilt latches do not disengage, then they may be damaged and need to be replaced.
