Searching for Iwc part number sp2203B

Hi. I need a IWC re placement part or its equivilant. It is IWC PART NUMBER SP2203B. It is a window latch. I can't find this part ANYWHERE! HELP!

I am afraid your part is no longer available. We recommend going with our 90-313 sash lock. You would have to remount the holes at the top using a screw similar to our 33-011. You do not want to use too long of a screw or drill too deep, otherwise you risk damaging the frame or glass in the window sash.
