Subject: Norco (made by Jen Welder) aluminum clad sliding patio doors. Center doors open. I need caster replacements for one of the doors. Can you specify the correct caster? The doors are 18 years old. The door thickness is 1 3/4".

I'm not sure what a caster is in this circumstance, unfortunately. That's not a term I'm familiar with. Can you show me a close-up picture of the part in question that needs to be replaced?

The casters I removed are Truth 31761A. Do you have this caster?

Thank you. That part is something we refer to as a roller in this industry. Yours in particular looks like a match for our 81-018. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
