Searching for KECI N 1581

We have a 6 inch on center KBCI N 1581 drop bail pull which is secured through two hardware flowerets with a machine screw through the face of the drawer (see pictures). This is a 40 year old bedroom suite so we are looking to order two complete sets as a back up if another drawer pull breaks in the near future. Can you help us with this?

We don't sell a drawer pull that matches this exactly, unfortunately. However we may still have something that installs the same way, even if it's not identical.
Before I recommend anything, can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center?
