Searching for Kinco casement slides

The slide bars on my 30 year old Kinco casement windows have broken. They are 12 inches long with the arm being 8.75 inches. What ha broken is the black plastic piece on the slide

This looks like a 4 bar hinge set. We have a few different sizes, though only one is 12". That would be our 36-022HD. Look over the dimensions and photos we show for this product to see if you could use it as a substitute.
