Searching for Larson 25m latch bolt

I have a Larson 25m door handle. The latch bolt assembly broke. I can't seem to find one anywhere. I bought a new handle and it came without the latch bolt. Why are these not sold as a set? Can you help me find a replacement latch bolt?

Thanks for posting. I am not sure if we have a replacement for this deadbolt. May we see the entire handle set that accompanies this lock? That would help us narrow down the possibilities. Many thanks.

Thanks for the photo. Your handle set looks like our 40-188. Look over our measurements to confirm whether or not this is correct. If so, you will need to replace the entire set since we do not offer the latch by itself.

I bought a replacement, but it only came with the handles (the part that I don't need)

If you have a look at the 40-188, it will show you all the components that are offered, including the latch. Unfortunately, we do not offer that part separately.
