Searching for Lever handset with keyed deadbolt

Question

I believe the door was bought at sears years ago and the only identifying markings I can find on it are on a sticker label on the interior of the frame that says: SERIAL NO. G-000609. Any assistance you could provide to finding a replacement would be greatly appreciated!!

Based on your pictures, either our 40-058 or 40-177 should make suitable replacements, the main difference being the color options. Take a look at the dimensions on our product pages to confirm that these will work for your installation. Thank you!
