Thanks for posting! I believe our 32-053 should work as a suitable replacement for your Lexington drawer track. This track does not use the Kenlin Drawer Socket your existing track kit uses, it is used along with a rear mounting bracket, a plastic drawer guide, and two corner glides. 

The video below gives a visual example on how to install this drawer track. Take a look over the video and the dimensions on the track to see if this something that could work for you.
