Hey Rich. This pivot shoe looks like it could either be the 15-188 , which is 1/2" thick, or the 15-78, which is 17/32" thick. You'll need to remove your old shoe from the window to get an accurate measurement and determine which of these replacements matches best. I am afraid I do not know any professionals in your area; however any handyperson who deals in window and door repairs should be able to handle this. The videos below show how to remove and replace pivot shoes, as well as how to deal with tilt window channel balances like the ones in your window. Let me know if you have further questions.
