Searching for MARTEC

Question

Our home is 8 years old with Martec Casement Windows installed. They are no longer in business but were located in Carrolton, Texas,  and we need new weatherstripping. They are leaking water when it rains. It appears that there is a seal wrapped around the frame that cranks outs and another one on the frame attached to the house. Any help would be most appreciated.

This bubble seal reminds me of our 58-053 and 58-114. These two parts would be our best options. Take a look at the specifications and see if one matches what you need.
