My sliding door roller fell off and I do not know what replacement roller to order. I do not have the old part to reference because my renter threw it out. I will include a picture of the label that is left on the door.

Unfortunately, this label does not tell us much. There is only one way to identify what roller will work on your door and that's by using the original as a reference. Without that, we will not be able to recommend a match.

I can tell you that the code on your label indicates that this is a door made by MI Windows and Doors. Our 81-282 may be a possible replacement option, but there is no guarantee. Most manufacturers use generic products. Sorry we can't be of more help!
