Take a look at our 38-134 Marvin Keeper. It certainly looks similar, though I am afraid it doesn't come in the brass finish your old keeper has. Go over the dimensions and see if you think this could work for you.

Hi Mark, did you end up trying the recommended Marvin Keeper, and did it fit? If not, do you mind sharing what you purchased? I have the exact 31346 keeper on my old wooden casement windows!
