33 1/2" wide X 22 1/2" tall X 1 3/4" deep
The portion of the hinge that goes against
the frame is 12 1/4"
the portion that goes against the window is 8 3/4".

Hello there. At first glance I am reminded of our 36-022HD 12" Four Bar Hinge. The bar that connects to the stationary part of the window is 12", and the bar that connects to the sash is a bit shorter than what you report. Another option would be the 36-023HD, however in this case all the dimensions are longer than yours, so you'd need to ensure you have enough room to accommodate this option. Compare both with your old hardware and see if you think you could adapt one of these hinge sets to your application.

I believe the top photo with the 7 1/2" between screws would work better.
The screws on our hinges actually
measure 6 3/4" center to center.
