Searching for Mercer window part C2009

A quick learner says:

I believe I need a part replacement for a Mercer window opener. The part in the photo is the broken part that I believe needs replacement. The bottom of the bar came "undone", broken (or popped out?)

I think the part number is Mercer C2009.

As a second issue, the crank mechanism on a couple of windows works pretty well but could be better in reaching a tight/complete closing. Do you have a suggestion for repair/replacement (or just living with it.) Thank you Doug

Hello,

This looks like the link arm from the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Unfortunately, the bracket arm shown in your photo that attaches the short arm on the operator to the window sash is a separate component that ROTO stopped making some time ago. There are no known replacements for it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
