Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-23 or S385-23 channel balance. You’ll need to remove another balance with an undamaged bottom fitting to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2250 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Hi I forgot i need replacement sash cam. I look at ALL on site but can't find one I need milgrid window. I just placed an order for window balance series 385 set to see if works before I order more spares but also need this size cam next order

Customers with Milgard windows have used the 18-188 top sash guide as a replacement. The dimensions are close to what you have listed but take a look and see exactly how we measure the part as shown on our product page. Let us know how it works for you.
