Searching for Miliani Brothers sunroom storm door

Quick Learner
Looking for a replacement screen door handle and deadbolt lock. Deadbolt dimensions same as your 40-058 but handle base doesn't match - mine is 3 inches instead of 4 3/8 inches and the door swings in not out. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us! We did carry this handle set at one time, but due to a high number of customer complaints concerning its quality, we stopped selling it. These broke often and early and didn't live up to SWISCO.com standards.

You will be better off contacting a local locksmith and having them adapt a prime door lockset to your sunroom door. It will work way better than the original and will save you more money in the long run, too, since you won't have to replace it every couple of months.

I also have been looking for a replacement deadbolt/door knob for my sunroom. The one I currently have, which is broken is the. Miliani brothers sunroom door lock set which you no longer sell. I purchased my home over 20 years ago and the sunroom was here before me. The city records are no longer available to show me which company built this sunroom. I have reached out to numerous companies who have told me they cannot replace a door or a door knob, unless they actually built the sunroom. I also have reached out to Door companies several handyman companies, and several locksmiths, who all have no solution for me.
Can you recommend a door knob/deadbolt set that could be easily modified to work on this door? The only solution I have been offered is to have the entire room removed and replaced.

Our experts have done some research and have found the best solution would be to purchase a prime door handle and have it altered by a locksmith to fit a sunroom door. Unfortunately, we do not have a record of a specific locksmith in your area that would be willing to make the necessary modifications. We recognize that this is not a straightforward solution and we are still looking into finding a more direct replacement.

Same problem here on a sunroom door that opens in, not out like a standard storm door.  Would the Product Code: 40-177 with the addition of Product Code: 40-150 on the inside match the holes or even work?

Assuming you have the same hardware shown in the photos above, then I don't believe that our 40-177 and 40-150 will work. At this time there is no product in our inventory that has been verified as a replacement for this old set.
