Hi I'm looking for this roller for a Milgard V400 RO: 72x48. I've attached some photos of the roller we pulled from the window.

So I did order this part recently, the legs for that part (87-201) do not fit the window slots that are pre-drilled into the window.

I'm sorry to hear that the 87-201 didn't work for you. Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of this roller with the same top pegs as your original. I'm sorry that we won't be able to offer more assistance with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
