I have an house that at some point added storm/screen inserts that were manufactured by Mon-Ray out of Hopkins, MN.
They work well but I have some were the locking/sliding mechanism (uses a peg that slides) have failed and so the storm can not be raised.
My handyman suggested that you may have replacement parts.

Hello,
The only similar option that we carry would be the 91-179 slide bolt assembly but yours looks backset farther into the sash than our part could accommodate. I'd recommend removing the entire latch to compare to the specifications shown on our product page. Thanks for posting.
