Based on the fact that the brand of the window is NuAir, and after reviewing your photos, we believe you need the 55-172 snap-in glazing. Please compare this to your sample and see what you think. 

The bad news is that these area only sold in 3' (55-172) and 6" (55-172-6) lengths. You will need to cut them to size. Some people use scissors or hack saw, whichever is easiest for you.
