We have a vinyl double casement window made by NAMI.
Approximately 35 years old?
It has a Code# HII-280-1
Series CLCASE.
We need the left and right hand window operators.
Attached are the pictures of the left hand operator.
Please ignore the ferrule nut on the inside. It is not factory.

Hey Stuart. I believe this might be our 39-187, or possibly the 39-089. These operators are very similar, except for the shape of the gear arm, or the inner part of the arm. On the 39-089, this part is shaped like a 'Z', but on the 39-187 it's more like a 'W'. See the images below for reference. Compare both with your old mechanism and see if you think either of these matches what you have. For a compatible handle, use the 39-114L sold separately.

Same brand and style windows. Need the spring loaded clips that hold the screens in place on these windows. It is a white piece on the inside and a metal wing on the outside that when turned clips the screens into the frame.

I'm afraid I don't know what that clip might be. I'd be happy to look into it, but we need a photo reference to get started. Would that be possible?
