These may be Newpro, Model 2755, though some are just unknown replacement windows.

Dimensions on the hand-lift are 3 1/4 wide, 7/8" tall.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the pivot shoe in your first photo is too obscured by the window track to identify. Can you remove it from the window and show us some photos?
As for the sash lift, the 26-224 is similar but this is for an Andersen window. The spiral balance pivot shoe looks like either the 15-178 or 15-188 depending on the dimensions. The balance itself is the 3/8" Series 900 or 5/8" Series 600. Take a look at the specifications for these parts and see what you think.
