The nylon piece that's hanging from the neo angled top shower rail is a piece that we need as well as the other nail or screws for that rail. I don't know if this is the original piece or something that was used for the door to function.
I also need attachment for the bottom rail.

Thanks for posting. I regret to say that we do not carry a replacement for the nails, screws or the rails you are searching for.
You may have better luck contacting a local hardware store. They should be able to provide you with a kit or at least a match for the screws and nails. However, I cannot make any guarantees in regard to the rail.
