I am trying to find an exact replacement for our PGT Windguard white vinyl sliding door. We have a lockset that is broken and our contractor will not help us replace this. I hope you can help and look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you, Leslie

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. Before I recommend anything, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center-to-center?

Hi - I already had to use a different replacement handle and so know that the distance is 3-15/16". The replacement I used was the "Veranda Sliding Glass Door Handle Set, White, Keyed, 3-15/16" Screw Holes, 1-3/4" Door Thickness". It does not work very well and does not match the other sliding doors.

Please refer to the attached photos of the handle that the workman ruined when they tried to follow the instructions and install the key lock cylinder. They drilled the hole too big and then they stripped the screw threads that connect the handle to the door.

We need an exact replacement and preferably one with the key lock cylinder already installed in it. Let me know if you need more information to find this item. Thank you!

Thanks for the additional pictures and information! I'm afraid we don't carry your exact handle set, but take a look at our 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole center spacing, which is compatible with our 82-310 key lock that's sold separately. Look over our dimensions and see what you think.
