Need upper arm for casement window. Took following photos of arm from exact window in different location. We have the lower arm assembly for the window needing repaired; upper or top of pane is missing the arm. Window nearly falls out when pane is cranked open.

Hello,
Your window looks like it could be made by Andersen. Unfortunately, we do not carry Andersen brand hinges. We do sell a similar generic hinge, the 36-004-10 set. Take a look at the specifications below, along with the related video. If you were to replace both top and bottom hinges at the same time, it should work on your window. Thanks for posting.
