Searching for Panorama 080-153 pivot bar

Question

I have a Panorama double hung model 080-153. I need a pivot bar and pivot shoe. Do you have them?

I cannot be certain without seeing photos, but some Panorama windows we've encountered use the Certainteed 15-192 Pivot Shoe. Take a look and see if this matches up. If not, please send pictures of both the pivot shoe and pivot bar.
