Searching for Pat.#5139.291 G

Looking forward tilt latch replacement? The back of my old broken latch shows PA T. number 5139.291 and there's a G in the middle of the latch.. I believe my latch is only 2 1/2 inches long not counting the triangle shaped piece at the end.. looking for a replacement and would appreciate your thoughts! Thanks very much!
