I have pella windows from the late 70s to the early 80s. I Need parts for one window to completely operate also I'm needing a Mortise lock

Greetings from Swisco. For your operators, see if our 39-175 and 39-176 are a match. For the mortise lock you show, we do not offer a replacement for it. You may want and try to contact Pella directly to see if they can offer a replacement option.
