I'm afraid I can't identify this weatherstripping style from these photos. In order to check our inventory for a match, I'll need you to show us a clear picture of the end profile in undamaged condition. The video below will clarify exactly what we need.

I have to stress that the sample you show us must be undamaged. If any portions of the end profile are torn off or missing, we can't help.
