I believe this is a Pella crank from early 70?s window

This reminds me of our 39-186, but this part is made by Andersen, not Pella. Pella and Andersen parts are not compatible in any way, so we should be sure this is right. Can you tell me the diameter of the hole? Please be as precise as possible.
