Searching for Pennco tilt window pivot shoe

A quick learner says:
I have a broken pivot shoe on a Pennco tilt window, lower sash. House was built in 1999. I removed the failed part. It measures 1 1/4" High, 1 1/4" Wide and 1/2" Depth (maybe 9/16" Depth. The sash weighs 17.5 lbs.

The front part of the shoe broke off, so there is no place for the sash to sit. I've attached pics of front and back of the pivot show. What part do I need?

Thanks for any help. This web site is a life saver.
