Searching for Pivot Bar

I am looking to replace the pivot bar on my international double hung windows. I hope you can help me. I went to our glass company here, but the holes don't line up with the window.
In the picture the first one is what I am looking for. The second picture is the broken one.

Take a look at the 26-412 to start. Go over the dimensions and see if this is what you need. Also consider our 26-400 or 26-369.
