We can't be sure with your pivot shoe still installed but if you have Certainteed windows, you might be looking for the 15-192, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. 

If you have a Simonton window, see the video below. Though we carry the 15-192 shoe, the process shown in our video can be used for Certainteed windows as well. Take a look and thanks for posting.
