Searching for Ply glass 1500 single hung window channel balance 32 B

Question

The window channel mechanism needs to be replaced. The window is Ply Gem 1500 series Single hung CDP# PWG-M-170-00023-0001 R-S0-3575379-3-7

On the mechanism the identifying number is 32 B.

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can provide you with a replacement balance, however, to be absolutely sure, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance completely removed from the window.

I am specifically looking to see any attachments that could be connected to the balance or that may still be in the window channel, connected to the bottom of the sash.

I'll also need to see the clip/hook connected to the string protruding from the top of the balance as well.
