I'm afraid that seeing the thumb lever itself is not enough to identify the latch. I'm not even sure if we sell the thumb lever. In order to assist you, I will need you to remove an undamaged version and show me a photo of the two prongs. I also need you to measure the spacing and height of those prongs and write out what you get.
If you need the entire internal latch, I need you to remove it from the window and show me a photo of it by itself.

Sorry but I'm the home owner and afraid I would damage one out of the other window. I guess the best thing for me to do will call one of the window companies in my city and see if they can make one of their latches work. Sorry if its been trouble for you but thought maybe you would know a company that had a listing for Korell window. Thanks

It's no trouble at all, I totally understand. The plastic on these can be brittle, especially if they're a little old, so there is a risk of damaging them. I would have the same caution you do.
