Searching for R5LO Lear k0060

Question

I am looking for sliding door rollers/wheels for the patio door on a house I purchased in May. The house was built in 2000, I believe it is the original door. The sticker is hard to read, but I'll attach the photo.

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the manufacturer numbers do not indicate the hardware that your door uses. There's a good chance that we can supply replacement rollers for your repair but we would need to see the originals uninstalled to compare to our inventory. We'll also need you to write out the housing height, width, and wheel diameter to narrow down your options. Thank you.
