Searching for REPLACE CALDWELL BALANCE FOR ATRIUM SERIES 30

Looking to replace the sash balances for Atrium Series 30 Impact single hung windows. I think the balances are Caldwell 86HP. do you have these and is this correct?

Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the information provided. To further review, we will need to see the original balance removed from the window with clear pictures of the top and bottom along with any numbers visibly stamped. Thank you!
